We believe in upgrading your qualification in regards to the job you are doing or willing to do and hence we do not have any restrictions on being from the same academic background. For Eg: A student who has done his diploma in civil but has a complete experience in mechanical can go ahead with the next qualification in mechanical engineering.

A work experience is advisable for a student doing any online studies since this is a self-study programme and an experience make it easy for them to complete the course.
